Hampshire Park is an exclusive twin tower condominium development
in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It has a total of 197 units
and the towers are 32 storeys high, with three levels of basement
carparks. Total Gross Floor Area for the project is 91,818
sq. m.
All apartment
units are fully air conditioned with ducted air cooled multi-split
units. The outdoor condensing units are located and stacked
within designated air conditioning compartments with fins.
For the top four floors, VRV air conditioning units are provided,
with condensing units located at the roof top to free the
facade on all four sides of the building, of any air conditioning
compartments.
Security systems provided
include CCTV system and card access system. A video intercom
system for communication with the entrances and Guardhouse
is also provided.
Separate telephone distribution
panels and SMATV splitter boxes are provided in each apartment
unit. From their centre locations, cabling to the various
points are wired on a star configuration allowing flexibility
in their use. Category 5 cabling is provided to allow their
use as either voice or data cabling.
A natural gas piping
system was designed to provide the apartment units and laundry
facilities with gas supply from Gas Malaysia.
